Preliminary Remarks

“Abilityology”is the first literature to explore the form,development, exert and estimate of human’s ability and clarify the rule of development. It is a basic, colligation and application science. The publish of the “Abilityology” is own to Jiang Gongpei’s 28 years’ hard work. It is the production after unremitting, exert his utmost effort, trial work. It should be congratulation.

Ability is always important for human. It was a substantial part to psychology. Psychology started from the study about animals. Psychology was a part of philosophy and independent in 1879. It’s history is only about 100 years. Compare to other subjects, psychology is not good enough. There are still a lot of problems which restrict the development of psychology as a part of people’s special characteristic. The form, development, frame, function, orderliness, infection, etc, are very complex, it is very hard to study human’s ability in a complete and deep way. The breakthrough of the subject is too little to mention. Today, even though some subjects have related to few aspect about human’s ability but they are not complete enough, deep enough so that there is no advance for human beings to realize their ability. Jiang Gongpei’s “Abilityology” explore human’s ability from the ability’s form, element, frame, characteristic, infection, development, etc. it set up the scientific theory and method to explore human’s ability and contribute to the development of psychology.

“Abilityology” is the first literature which explore human’s ability in a consummate way. The book clarify the science of ability’s quality, characteristic, though, method, assignment, meaning and future. Explained the relation and distinguish between animal’s instinct and human’s characteristic, frame, type, and the way to classify and ability’s fosterment, exert, estimate, science theory and advance method. As this point, the publish of “Abilityology” is a great celebration to psychology!

In my opinion, with the publish of “Abilityology” and popularity of the production, the theory and function are as follows:

   I. It is helpful to students develop their ability.

“Abilityology” is a subject which explore the development of human’s ability, how to use it and the way to estimate. It helps educators to exhume students’ potential, development and the ability to estimate. What’s more, it help to create and develop all kinds of ability to students and make themselves realize how to develop themselves.

II．It is helpful to family to exhume potential and develop their intelligence.

Parents are the first teacher for their children and always be. It require the parents not only have good quality, great morality but also know the right way and theory to foster their children. “Abilityology” can help every parents to realize the children’s genius and characteristic, and develop their children in an effective way. It also can help parents to find the right way and method to foster and develop their children so that it can accelerate the children’s ability in complete and harmonious way.

III. It is helpful to foster, estimate and employ person with Leaders’ and employees’ ability and quality decide the development of their company. Well then, how the leaders develop their own ability? How to constitute a high quality team? How to estimate the employees ability? How to betake person in a proper way? How to develop the company is a complete, continuance and quick way through use the ability of employee totally? As an employee, how to develop, exert and estimate oneself’ s ability in an effective way so that to make yourself good enough to meet with the new challenges in work and society? “Abilityology” will show you the effective theories and methods.

IV. It is helpful for overall and harmonious development of different department and different members.

With the overall development of the society and the full-speed development of the science and technology, the contents of ability are richer, the structure of it more complex, the function of it stronger, the standard request and the ability level are higher than any other time obviously, adding that the quick updating speed of knowledge. Thus, it is difficult for one purely to explore straightly during the practice and experience the development of ability by one’s own feeling. Then, human can only study constantly and grasp necessary scientific knowledge and advanced methods of ability. We know how to find out develop our own ability the right way to value self-ability, know how to realize the overall development of ability effectively and harmony, and make sure that the ability can adjust to our study work and the request of social development constantly. Only after this, can we make ourselves make a difference and get a good result in whatever position. Human can reach this goal after the study of “Abilityology”.

V．It is helpful to change the perspective of human beings.

As people know, recognize and method of the theory and method of “Abilityology”, its new ideas, the new thoughts and methods it adapted for the study of ability, its scientific knowledge it revealed of the development and change ability will change human’s traditional concepts of ability, and have new ideas about ability. Thus it will change or update the study, foster development, application and evaluation method of ability. It is sure to help the overall, deeper, everlong development of human ability, promoting the overall and harmonious development of man’s ability.

The author of “Abilityology” write the book with the goal of “serve for country, nation, the public and human beings” at the same time he explains the knowledge of ability, its method, its changing regularity of ability development. He pays attention to the scientific, systematic, theoretical, educational easy-understanding, operatical and readical of its contents. Therefore, “Abilityology” is widely used for certain scientific officers, educators, administrator of various department, officials, parents and students who possess the ability to read and all kinds of ordinary people in the world to study and refer to. The author of this book is not the professional scientific members, standing in the education line and politics. Therefore, although after 28 years’ exploration and pursuit in the area and absorb the human’s civilization result of ability study. It established the theoretical, methodical, and applicable system on the science of human’s ability. Moreover, it enables “Abilityology” system a new science of human beings, fulfilling the black of human science. This work is really an unique one for me to recommend to you. It is a good book for me to recommend to you.

I hope “Abilityology” can be more scientific, more systematic, perfect, more advanced with its wide spread of its theorical result and widely application of its advanced method, the scientific research of deeper human’s ability.
