The director idea of abilitics

　　Since abilities is an intergrated and sysmatic
science . It will have　some scietific directive idea.
Genernally speaking ,it includes following aspects :

was put  forward by ex-president -JIang Zheming
　　
　　3 Follow the objective rule of development .
　　
　　4 Stick to the scientific rule
　　
　　5 Stick to the purpose of four services.
　　
　　6 Stick to the  combination between theory
and ptactise.
　　
　　7 Stice to the rule of subjective activity
